Intercultural competence Understanding needs, expectations and values of culturally diverse groups is not always easy. The Academica team consists of people from different cultures. The intercultural team has relevant experience in working with and without a migrant background. Multilingualism Language is the key to successful knowledge transfer. We are a multilingual educational society. The language of our knowledge transfer is of course German. We use our multilingualism to balance the linguistic deficits of our customers and to build trust. Psychosocial counseling People can not always handle difficult phases in their lives on their own. In particular, unemployment isolates people from society and affects them mentally. With our psychosocial counseling, we reduce the individual stress caused by stress and conflict situations. Social Inclusion We see ourselves not only as a service provider in adult education, but also as an actor with a social responsibility. By acting, we want to offer job-seeking people, an optimal environment and to integrate them into the job market as quickly as possible. This should give the job-seeking people the opportunity to fully participate in society.
