Measure: development and development of career prospects
Integration coaching is primarily aimed at refugees and migrants, in the areas of vocational preparation and vocational guidance and / or in the areas of job placement in order to stabilize employment.
Measure: Individual removal of mediation funds
Many jobseekers are trapped in personal and / or family problems, so due to their negative mood, they are unable to develop the self-structuring and motivation required for the labor market. We want to individually empower people and remove existing barriers.
Measure: Individual application coaching
The aim of the measure is to assist jobseekers in the areas of vocational preparation and vocational guidance and / or job placement, in order to stabilize employment.
Measure: Individual start-up coaching
The aim of the start-up consultancy is to provide business start-ups with competent advice and support on their way to becoming self-employed. The founders of the business are provided with substantiated information regarding a start-up project, the necessary technical and personal prerequisites and thus ultimately the prospects for a successful start-up.
Professional qualification
The vocational qualification has the goal to maintain or expand the professional capacity to act. This results in better access to the job market and further career opportunities. With qualitative professional measures, we support you in the participation in the working life.
language Courses
With our general and subject-specific language courses, we meet a wide variety of requirements.
Without sufficient language skills, neither social nor labor market integration is possible.
